Using the key benefits of your client and patient testimonials as a small headline above it really drives home the benefits of what you have to offer. I think some examples would help here more than a description, so I will use some of my testimonials as those examples.
If you are limited on space in your print or Yellow Page ad design, just display the testimonials that are short and to the point. These are some good examples. Notice that I feature the testimonials of industry leaders for the highest credibility possible with the prospect.

But if you have the space to be using larger testimonials, this is where the testimonial headlining is really powerful. I’ll give some examples with longer testimonials below.
